Bithiah Carter joined a panel of leading women from the Greater Boston Community to share their wisdom on  feminism of the 21st Century.  This group was led by Allyce Najimy, President and CEO of A Foundation to Be Named Later and included Pam Kenn, Vice President/Community, Alumni and Player Relations, Boston Red Sox, and Melissa McDonnell, President of Liberty Mutual Foundation.

Bithiah spoke about the importance of mentors and how her Wall Street mentor taught her to be prepared for anything. She also emphasized that young women should use their dreams to become a stronger leader and to influence change.

The audience included a group of 100 promising young women leaders (ages 15-19 years) from around the globe.  These women were participating in an 8-day program to train in the areas of leadership development, cultural awareness, conflict resolution and civic engagement.
