Parking: Valet Parking is available at the Four Seasons Hotel but not included. Other area garages include the CityPlace Garage, the Motor Mart Garage, and the Boston Common Garage.

 

CHECK-IN
Upon arrival, you will be directed to check-in on the second floor of the hotel. ArtsEmerson representatives will be present to provide you with your name tag, seating assignment, and answer any questions you may have. Once you are checked in, you will be directed to the cocktail hour for drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres prior to the main event.
