The Possible Project (TPP), a nonprofit organization, seeks a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Leadership Gifts. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior development professional who is passionate about closing the opportunity gap through building relationships with donors to strengthen major gift fundraising.  This person is likely most interested in weighting their time towards the externally facing responsibilities of relationship-building fundraising, and will heavily contribute to partnership strategy.

The VP Leadership Gifts is a new role within Development and will be focused on managing a portfolio of major opportunities including corporate, government, individuals, as well as, national sources.  Working as a member of the Business Development Project Team and reporting into the VP of Development and Partnerships, the VP Leadership Gifts will strategize and implement a winning and long-term approach to funding, as part of a 5 year sustainability plan, and in conjunction with the goals and reporting standards of the department and the project team structure. The VP will manage a portfolio of existing supporters, as well as, prospect and cultivate new donors passionate about The Possible Project’s mission. The VP’s work will be extremely donor facing, spending much of their time meeting with donors to understand and connect them with funding opportunities that align with their philanthropic interests.
